About:
Ms. Bingham received her bachelor's degree from Portland State University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. She attended law school in Southern California at the University of La Verne, earning a Juris Doctor.
Ms. Bingham's practice involves criminal defense, civil litigation, estate planning and probate, real estate matters and administrative law. Ms. Bingham brings an abundance of experience in a wide area of law.
Ms. Bingham began practice as in-house counsel for a franchise company prior to joining Patrick J. Hoolihan in practice in Orange California where her focus was on construction defect litigation, civil litigation with a focus in business litigation, family law and estate planning. Ms. Bingham's focus changed to real estate litigation, contract drafting and review and Homeowners Association (HOA) representation and disputes while working for Los Angeles based RELC. After several years of practice in Los Angeles, Ms. Bingham returned to Orange County to work at the Rallo Law Firm in civil litigation, family law, conservatorships and guardianships, administrative law, and criminal defense work.
Ms. Bingham returned to Oregon where her family resides and took the Oregon State bar exam in 2020. After receiving her license in Oregon, Ms. Bingham joined the firm, Vidrio Park & Jarvis.
With 14 years of practice, Ms. Bingham is a passionate advocate for her clients and litigates sensitive issues with compassion and integrity.
When not in court or assisting clients, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs, reading, knitting, volunteering and is an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
