Client charged with Measure 11 Sex Offense with a presumptive prison sentence if convicted. Client denied the allegations and requested a trial. At trial, Mr. Bridge argued that the allegations were unsupported by the evidence and his client was acquitted of all charges.
Client charged with DUII - Controlled Substance. Mr. Bridge was able to quickly determine that the state's allegation of intoxication was not supported by the evidence. At trial, Mr. Bridge was able to show that his client was not intoxicated and his client was acquitted by the judge.
Client was the victim of Assault and Battery. Mr. Bridge brought a Civil Complaint against the party responsible and was able to secure a $1.8 Million Dollar Money Award for his client.
